Selecting A Attorney Placement Service

Thursday, June 02, 2016
When selecting a attorney placement service to provide your law office with full or part-time attorney-provided assistance, you want to select a service that has been around and comes highly recommended. One way of doing so, is to check a business site like LinkedIn where individuals familiar with a service or its principal(s) can submit testimonials about their personal experience working with the service. In short, you want to deal with a reputable service that specializes in the placement of attorneys and has years of experience successfully matching law office client needs with a well-qualified attorney. You also want to use a service that has a successful track record and that takes the time to thoroughly pre-screen their registrant attorney candidates, not merely accepts what is set forth on a resume. Preferably, you want a service that has done their due diligence, that makes a practice of personally meeting its attorney registrants whenever possible and has previously worked with and previously placed the attorney that they are prepared to recommend to you. In other words, you want to deal with a service that has a successful track record with both their law office clients as well as the portfolio of attorneys that they work with. Lastly, needless to say, you want to use a service that stands behind their recommendation of a particular attorney and that guarantees your satisfaction.
